I have been very busy the last couple of weeks making Christmas cards. And this year I am very pleased how they came out. So, between now and Christmas I have decided I will share them with you a couple at a time (instead of well into the new year 😉 ) Here are the first couple…

I had never heard of washi tape cards before I came across these. They were fun to make, and I like the way they look when they are done. I may keep this one on my list of ‘go to cards’ to make… 🙂

For my step mother-in-laws birthday this year, I made her a parrot birthday card. She loves birds. I used a sketch from OWH, and made one for them as well. I used a free printable found on the internet.

Here is a picture of the birthday card I made for hubby this year… I think it looks nicely masculine, but still not being all shades of neutrals…

Here is a fun kid friendly card. It is a design and tutorial from Operation Write Home. I made one for my niece for her birthday, and a couple for OWH. Easy, quick, and fun make. I was worried my niece wouldn’t know what it was (she is 4, and I thought it was a bit ‘old fashioned), but she recognized it right away. 🙂

Here is a card I cased from OWH. It is one of my favorite designs. This is a picture of a couple of cards I sent to people who participated in the MS Walk this year.
